These Terms govern your use of ProxWeb, a website creation and hosting platform operated by DEVIPROX LTD. ProxWeb is part of the ProxCentral Web Applications ecosystem.
By accessing or using ProxWeb to create, deploy, or manage a website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
ProxWeb provides tools for customers to instantly create, customize, and deploy websites. These websites are hosted by DEVIPROX LTD. The service is provided on a subscription basis with recurring monthly fees.
You must comply with applicable laws and be legally permitted to use the service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
The ProxWeb platform, including its software, templates, editor interface, and trademarks, belongs to DEVIPROX LTD or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these tools for the duration of your active subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access and take down your hosted website if these Terms are violated, for non-payment, or if required by law.
ProxWeb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DEVIPROX LTD is not liable for any data loss, website downtime, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our hosting or website building tools.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
